Just put it into the dropzone folder of your main Just Cause 2 directory (Folder Where You Installed Just Cause 2)

This mod Is not tested on PS3 or XBox but the next release will defenantly work on all platforms

you can find it at the Kem Udara Wau Pantas Airbase, which is also the one with the Bering Cargo Aircraft.
